TCL introduced new connectivity products targeting mobile and home internet at CES 2026. The TCL 5G Mobile WiFi P50 and TCL WiFi Router BE36 support the latest Wi-Fi 7 standards and are aimed at both users on the go and home networks with numerous connected devices.
TCL 5G Mobile WiFi P50
The TCL 5G Mobile WiFi P50 stands out as the brand's first 5G mobile hotspot model with mmWave support. The device offers full-spectrum 5G support covering mmWave and Sub-6GHz bands, theoretically reaching download speeds of up to 3.97 Gbps. With Wi-Fi 7 support, the P50 provides wireless connectivity up to 5.8 Gbps across three bands and supports up to 64 devices simultaneously.
Equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery, the device offers approximately 12 hours of usage time and supports both fast wired charging and wireless charging. One of the notable features of the P50 is its ability to be used as a portable power bank. Its 2.4-inch touchscreen allows users to directly monitor information such as data usage, connected devices, and network status. Additionally, it offers a wired connection option via a Gigabit Ethernet port.
TCL WiFi Router BE36
Aimed at home users, the TCL WiFi Router BE36 is a Wi-Fi 7-enabled router. Offering speeds up to 3.6 Gbps over dual bands, the model aims to strengthen 5 GHz coverage in particular, thanks to its 3T3R antenna structure. The router supports up to 512 devices simultaneously. Furthermore, the BE36 allows for the creation of a mesh network with multiple routers through its EasyMesh R6 support.
In terms of security, it features malware protection, anomaly detection, brute-force attack defense, and smart home security. The router supports VPN protocols such as PPTP, L2TP, and IPSec, and also offers a gaming-focused acceleration mode that optimizes bandwidth for gamers. A 2.5GE Ethernet port is also included for high-speed wired connectivity.
In addition to these products, TCL also showcased a wide range of products at CES 2026, from connectivity to display technologies, including the RayNeo Air 4 Pro AR glasses, NxtPaper 70 Pro, and X11L SQD-Mini LED TV series. The release date and price of the 5G Mobile WiFi P50 and WiFi Router BE36 have not yet been announced.
