Luffy and his friends are returning to Netflix screens with new adventures. Netflix has released the first trailer for One Piece's second season, which will meet viewers in March.

The live-action One Piece series, adapted from the manga and anime of the same name, gained acclaim with its first season in 2023 and became one of Netflix's most-watched series. For this reason, the second season, set to begin in March, is eagerly anticipated. Netflix, accelerating its promotional efforts for the upcoming second season, shared the first trailer for the new season today.

One Piece Season 2 to Meet Viewers on March 10

Set in a fantastic world full of pirates, One Piece follows the journey of young pirate Monkey D. Luffy as he sets out to find the legendary treasure One Piece and become the King of the Pirates. Luffy, who has an extraordinary rubber-like body, makes friends with diverse backgrounds along the way, including swordsman Roronoa Zoro, sharpshooter Usopp, talented chef Sanji, and intelligent navigator Nami.

In the second season, which reunites the main crew, new cast members joining the team will be Mikaela Hoover, Charithra Chandran, Katey Sagal, David Dastmalchian, Callum Kerr, and Joe Manganiello. Under the subtitle One Piece: Into the Grand Line, Luffy and his pirate friends will confront the assassin organization Baroque Works for the first time in the second season.

One Piece has already received approval for its 3rd season. The early start to preparations for the third season could allow One Piece to have a shorter break before its next season, after making viewers wait almost three years between the first two seasons.
