Peugeot's Glimpse into the Future: Here's the New Face of Its Models

Peugeot introduced Concept 6 and Concept 8 at the Beijing Auto Show. The brand unveiled its vision for next-generation sedans and SUVs, focusing on electric and smart mobility, alongside its global strategy.

Peugeot introduced two new concept models, named Concept 6 and Concept 8, at the Beijing Auto Show. These concepts reveal the French brand's future vision for its sedan and SUV segments.

The New Face of Peugeot Models

Concept 6 stands out as a design study for the future of the large sedan segment. Its flowing body structure, approaching a shooting brake form, harks back to the brand's grand tourer heritage, combining elegance and sportiness in a single body. The design language merges French aesthetics with modern proportions, offering a more emotional approach to sedans.

Concept 8, on the other hand, represents the brand's future in the large SUV segment. With a simpler and more aerodynamic design philosophy, the model presents a structure focused on efficiency and performance. Its powerful stance and generous body proportions outline a more assertive SUV vision in terms of both dynamism and usable space.

These new concepts also serve as previews for Peugeot's future large sedan and SUV models, which will be produced in China and exported to global markets. In this production process, collaboration with Dongfeng Motor Corporation is highlighted, and the vehicles are stated to be manufactured at the Wuhan facility.
