Driving Comfort Enhanced with Electronic Power Steering (EPS) System
With technological innovations, driving safety and ease of use have been elevated. In the new D-Max, whose emission standard has been raised to E6e-bis, driving comfort has been increased with the Electronic Power Steering (EPS) system. This system makes steering responses more precise, providing a more comfortable and fluid drive, especially in urban use.
The newly added surround view camera provides drivers with a clearer view of the vehicle's surroundings, making maneuvering easier, especially in tight spaces. The driver monitoring system contributes to safe driving by tracking the driver's attention level.
Equipped with Advanced Driving Assistance Systems
The new D-Max is equipped with advanced driving assistance systems such as the Driver Monitoring System (DMS), Lane Departure Prevention (LDP), Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS), and Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK). Additionally, a 4G-supported Emergency Call System (eCall) and a camera-based surround view system (SVM) in the side mirrors are among the innovations offered in the vehicle.
Updated safety technologies help reduce potential risks during driving while supporting the safety of both driver and passengers. Significant ease of use is also offered to the driver during parking maneuvers.
On the engine side, the displacement increased from 1898 cc to 2164 cc, while maximum power was maintained at 163 PS. Maximum torque was increased from 360 Nm to 400 Nm. The automatic transmission was updated from 6-speed to 8-speed. In terms of design, details such as the front grille, 18-inch aluminum wheels, fog light frame, side steps, tailgate camera frame, and new color applications on the headlights were renewed. Rear taillights, leather seat design, and seat stitching colors were also updated, creating a more modern and powerful character for the vehicle's interior and exterior.
