13,000-Dollar Custom iPhone 17 Pro: What Are Its Features?

Caviar has launched the Geiger, a customized iPhone 17 Pro featuring a fully functional, built-in SIG-RM1208 Geiger-Müller radiation counter. Priced starting at $13,130, the device replaces Apple's standard glass back with a robust titanium case that houses both a digital radiation monitor and an analog watch dial powered by a Swiss Ronda 763 mechanism.

Measures Radiation with a Geiger Counter

Available starting at $13,130 for the 256GB iPhone 17 Pro, the Geiger replaces Apple's standard glass back with a titanium case. The design draws heavily from high-precision industrial equipment, utilizing exposed screws, thick metal panels, and a red indicator line running along the central axis. Near the bottom of the case, a sculpted radiation hazard symbol directly indicates the purpose of the integrated module.

The central watch module is a real Geiger-Müller counter. It features a small digital display showing real-time radiation readings and can be set to emit an alert sound if radiation exceeds a predetermined threshold. Surrounding the digital display is a traditional analog watch dial, powered by a Swiss-made Ronda 763 quartz mechanism, for keeping time.

Priced from $13,000, Limited to 7 Units

The integration of the physical watch mechanism and the heavy titanium case adds significant bulk to the device, making the customized smartphone noticeably thicker and heavier than a standard iPhone. The Geiger is an extremely exclusive model, with production limited to just seven units. Each device will feature a unique production number engraved on its case and will be shipped with a personalized certificate of authenticity.
